Bike Storage Policy
Bikes in for repairs/tune ups will begin accruing a storage fee after 30 days.
After 30 days - $20
After 60 days - add another $30 to storage fee total
After 90 days - add another $50 to storage fee total
After 120 days - Sugar Bottom Bikes is no longer responsible for customer’s bicycle
RETURN POLICY
Bikes & Accessories:
-Returns will be accepted on items in like new condition up to 21 days after date of purchase with receipt present.
-Items no longer in new condition will still be considered for return but at a discounted buy back price.
-Items without receipt may not be returned but may be exchanged for another item or store credit.
-All returns are subject to a 10% return fee to cover credit card processing & other expenses.
30 RIDE/2 MONTH FREE TUNE
-Free tune ups on new bikes will be honored between purchase date and up to 30 rides after purchase, or up to 2 months after purchase date, whichever comes first
-Exceptions on the 2 month time limit will be given on bikes purchased between October and February
-Bikes purchased between October and February can be brought in for a free tune up in the Spring even if the 2 month time limit has passed
