The SuperX has been one of our most popular bikes this year, no doubt thanks to Iowa City hosting CX World Cup this last fall. With its super-light but robust frame, the only thing keeping this SuperX Rival from being a serious racer was those stock wheels...
So we did a wheel swap for some ultra-light and ultra-stiff Zipp 303 Firecrests with glue-on Clemente MXP tubulars, dropping two pounds from the overall bike weight. This brought the total weight of the bike down from over twenty pounds to eighteen.
